I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The management was poor, and most of the staff were rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t even provide clear instructions on where to enter, which made the visit even more frustrating. It's incredibly frustrating when staff don’t seem to care about providing basic assistance or being polite. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Really good value for money in here. Slushes and drinks are reasonably priced and not through the roof like other places. Food is OK. Seating available on top and bottom floors, but can get very busy so there sometimes isn't enough seats for spectators. Toilets are abit rough, they definitely need an upgrade. An hour bouncing is more than enough because it's so tiring but so so fun! Recently had an upgrade of inflatables so it's much better than it was.

Well the kids seemed to enjoy it but I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back! We went in half term so it was very busy. Had to queue for the single terminal to rent a locker (which was £2) then queue whenever we wanted to access the locker. The arena was smaller than I expected and seemed to me like a series of accidents waiting to happen. Have been to plenty of soft play and trampoline places and am not usually worried despite the nature of them but this seemed another level of crazy! People jumping on top of each other in the ball pool, crazy steep climb to get to the large slides, some features broken/damaged. As I say, the kids had fun, hence the 3 stars but I will try to avoid in future! Didn't seem to be many places to sit and keep an eye on kids either. Mine are 11 and 9, not sure I'd want younger ones in there..... also seemed very expensive compared to other places. And we were unable to get into the busy car park so had to park on the street round the corner, weren't many places left.

Great place for kids and adults, had a birthday party for a 3 year old, she loved it. There’s also a place for the little ones, and parents can go in with the kids too

Took the kids here during the February half term. Booked online in advance and used an online promo code to get 15% off the cost of entry.
Parking is at a premium on site, but there is plenty of on-street parking in the vicinity.
The play centre is quite large inside, and there was plenty to keep the kids occupied for the hour slot you get. There is also plenty of seating for non-participants and the cafe is quite reasonably priced.
All-in-all, would very much recommend!

Kids love it, the bouncy areas are huge...only negative is parking. The car park to the unit is small and there are two, one at the front and one at the back. Weekends especially you will need to park on the street. Double yellow lines are on the roads around the unit but if you travel a little further up around the bend at the back of the unit there are no double yellows or restricted road parking.

Great place to go. We attended the inflatatots session on a Sunday morning, the staff were lovely, it's really reasonably priced and the kids had great fun!

I recently hosted a party here, and while the kids had fun, the experience was disappointing. First, there was confusion with wristbands, which resulted in two guests not receiving theirs. Although this was eventually refunded, it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Our original party host was inexperienced, (which was not told on the day).
The biggest concern was safety—there were too many people, especially adults, making it overcrowded and chaotic. Several kids were knocked over by adults, which was traumatic for them. They did not want to come back to play. Safety regulations felt poor, and parents should be required to stay with their children at all times. While our second party host was much better, I wouldn’t book another party here on the weekend unless major improvements are made.

Our 8 year old enjoyed it, but we were pretty disappointed that quite a few of the updated features just didn't work (the erupting volcano and the ball pit blasters). Also the tipping slide was barely able to lift the few people that were on it, so staff had to ask us to just slide ourselves down, which was a bit of a let down (excuse the pun). Ended up paying £40odd for what was really just a big ball pool in the end with a slide.
